Quadwalls Real Estate Team Real Estate Commission Rebate Terms & Conditions

Rebate Eligibility 

Homebuyers will be eligible for the Quadwalls Real Estate Team Real Estate Commission Rebate by either a) signing up via an inquiry form which mentions the Quadwalls Real Estate Team real estate commission fee rebate, b) by expressly asking a member of the Quadwalls Real Estate Team to participate in the rebate program, c) or if your initial contact with a member of the Quadwalls Real Estate Team occurs by requesting a showing of a property from Quadwalls.com. 

Upon completing one of those qualifying events the consumer will receive the rebate upon completing a home purchase where the Buyer was represented by a Quadwalls Real Estate Team member to complete the purchase within 12 months of the qualifying event. 

Rebates are Subject to Conditions

Due state and federal laws and regulations, real estate commission rebates are subject to Seller cooperation and lender approval, if applicable. The Quadwalls Real Estate Team can not guarantee Seller cooperation or lender approval. 

Rebate Amount 

The rebate amount will be 20% of the real estate commission fee earned by the brokerage for representing the homebuyer in the transaction. Each listed home offers a unique cooperating broker or Buyer Agent Commission (BAC). Homebuyers can inquire about the Buyer’s Agent Commission on a specific home. At closing, a homebuyer will see documentation stating the final commission earned by the brokerage / agent representing the Buyer. The rebate shall be 20% of that amount. 

Rebate Delivery 

Rebates will be in the form of a check provided to the homebuyer at closing. The Buyer will receive the check upon completion of the purchase including the signing of all documents to complete the purchase and purchase funding. 

Rebate Limits 

  • Frequency: Homebuyers may use the commission rebate an unlimited amount of times so long as a) the promotion is still being offered to new qualifying homebuyers or 2) within 12 months of the homebuyer’s qualifying event to be eligible in the program. A homebuyer must re-new or re-up its qualifying event in order to receive additional commission rebates. 
  • Dollar Limits: There is no minimum purchase amount required to receive a rebate. There is no maximum rebate amount. 
  • One Rebate to One Purchase: A homebuyer will be offered one rebate per one purchase. In the instance multiple people or parties are the purchasers the rebate check will be made payable to all people or parties included on title of the purchased home.

Additional Conditions 

Homebuyer rebate recipient(s) must sign documentation to indicate the rebate was received. This will occur at the time the rebate is provided to the recipient(s). 

Participation in the rebate program includes your agreement to our the Quadwalls privacy policy. 

The Quadwalls Real Estate Team may terminate the promotion at its discretion. Upon termination of the rebate program rebate commitments for previously eligible homebuyers will be honored for one year beyond the homebuyer’s completion of an eligibility event. 

Rebate payouts will cease and not be honored regardless of eligibility in the instances that a) state or federal laws or regulations remove the ability to provide homebuyers with a home purchase rebate, or b) the Quadwalls Real Estate Team or Quadwalls, LLC is dissolved and exits the real estate services industry.
