How much will I get?
Your Quadwalls Real Estate Team agent will give you 20% of the real estate commission fee he or she earns for helping you find and buy a home. Every home offers a unique commission, so the exact amount varies.

Once you’ve done one of those you’re eligible. Then, you just need to buy a home with the assistance of the amazing REALTORS® on the Quadwalls Real Estate Team within 12 months of becoming eligible. Additional terms and conditions apply including lender and seller cooperation.

amazing REALTORS® on the Quadwalls Real Estate Team within 12 months of becoming eligible.

is a high performing team of qualified Indiana real estate agents here to help you save money and make better
decisions when buying a home.
Where does the money come from? Listing agents typically offer a portion of their commission fee to other real
estate agents to encourage them to bring active homebuyers to the home, assist with writing an offer, and getting
the transaction closed. Once your Quadwalls Team agent helps you buy the home and earns the commission, he
or she will rebate to you 20% of the earned commission.
When do I get my rebate? Homebuyers will receive their rebate immediately after closing on a home purchase.
Closing occurs once all of the required documents are signed and the transaction has been funded. Typically, you
will receive your rebate as you walk out of the closing.
