House was built in 1950 and sits on a beautiful tree-lined street. The house is solidly built, and one might say it has good bones and has a concrete foundation and thick solid wood framing. The furnace, hot water heater, and electrical box were replaced in 2008. This house has had two owners prior to us living there for ten years and has great neighbors.

Homebuyers will receive their rebate immediately after closing on a home purchase. Closing occurs once all of the required documents are signed and the transaction has been funded. Typically, you will receive your rebate as you walk out of the closing.
