This famous home offers a chance for a new renter to preserve its historical and architectural significance and create new memories while respecting its rich legacy. The home may only be used for personal use, renting not allowed. Home to be made available to the public once per year. New renter to be approved by the Century of Progress Architectural District. Cash only. Proof of Funds must be submitted to listing agent prior to showing.
