Tenant will pay electric charges for the apartment and 15 percentage of the total gas, water, sewer, trash bill for the premises. No pets and no smoking inside apt or common areas. Applicants must have a minimum combined gross income of 3.0 times the monthly rent. Subleasing, Shared Housing Units, AirBNB and/or rooms for rent are not allowed. Rental insurance is required.
