Lupka has a B.S. in Business Administration from Purdue University. She has spent most of her career in energy markets and manufacturing industries. It is in these arenas where Lupka developed outstanding skills with sourcing materials, negotiating purchases, and customer service. Lupka became a Northwest Indiana real estate agent in 2021.
